Data protection

• Client data is hosted in the region each client requires.
• Client data is never used to train AI models. This is a contractual commitment.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Each engagement is a separate workspace, open only to the people its owner invites.

AI and accuracy

• Every figure can be traced to its source.
• Proprietary models and insights.

Audit trail

Uploads, downloads, exports and review decisions are logged with the user and the time. The log cannot be altered.

Deletion

The owner of an engagement can delete it at any time. Deletion removes its files and records.

Compliance

• Client data is processed under a data processing agreement in line with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
• Our infrastructure providers hold SOC 2 Type II reports.
• Security documentation, including our subprocessor list, is available under NDA.
